Ingredients
1 x 23cm shortcrust pastry

500g peeled and de-seeded
pumpkin, cut into 2.5cm
chunks
3 eggs
2tbsp brown sugar
2tbsp granulated sweetener
e,g, Splenda
1½ tsp ground cinnamon
1tsp ground ginger
½tsp allspice
½tsp ground cloves
½tsp ground cardamom
Pinch of sea salt
Thick natural yogurt, to decorate
